01 Acceptance of Terms

02 What the Game Is

⚠️ Straight talk: Storm Chasers — Tornado Tap is a free browser game. No gambling. No real money. No prizes. Twisters, hailstones, and jewels collected in-game have no value beyond your score. Nothing here connects to any casino, betting service, or real-money platform.

03 License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include any right to:

Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any of its content.
Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Game's code.
Use the Game's content, assets, or branding in any other product or service.

04 Game Content

Storm Chasers' visuals, code, mechanics, and text are original creative works protected by copyright law. No artifact, scroll, or visual element acquired in the Game has any real-world monetary value.

05 Fair Play

You agree to play the Game fairly and lawfully. You will not:

Storm Chasers has no gambling features. No wagering. No cash prizes. No real-money loot. Your score is the only thing at stake.
